A skipped day, a paused plan and a one-day meal change have different meanings. PlateOS applies the customer's schedule and your cutoff rules when calculating daily prep. The kitchen can work by item, plan or customer, then prepare labels from the same daily information.

No. PlateOS has a native storefront and checkout. Businesses already using Shopify can connect supported product, order and customer workflows.

Can I manage custom plans and daily changes?

Yes. PlateOS supports custom packages and one-day changes alongside standard plans. Availability and cutoff rules depend on your store configuration.

Is a meal plan the same as a recurring card charge?

No. A delivery schedule and a payment schedule are different. Configure the purchase and renewal options supported by your checkout; do not assume that every meal plan automatically rebills a card.
