HOW IT WORKS
OrderHub brings supported Uber Eats, DoorDash, SkipTheDishes and Grubhub accounts into your PlateOS workspace. Follow incoming tickets, preparation status and the next available action on a shared board. Availability depends on your region, channel account and completed connection.
Use the supported menu-publishing and channel-pricing tools to manage how connected menus are offered. Review mappings and channel requirements during setup: provider capabilities differ, and a change is complete only when the connected channel accepts it.
OrderHub is an optional PlateOS module at CA$139 per month per location. It is never required to run your direct PlateOS storefront. Create your PlateOS account, then review the module and channel setup with the team. Delivery apps still charge their own commission; their payment agreements remain separate.
